This 2 days course will be structured to accommodate a wide range of familiarity with the material presented in previous trainings. Some of you may wish to review techniques covered in those classes and some of you will be ready for new material. As with previous classes, the curriculum will focus on deepening and integrating your existing skills while introducing you to a few more palpatory techniques. The new material we will be covering this weekend explores the range of palpatory referents that tell us when a treatment is finished and properly integrated.
As always, we will be actively working to help you integrate this approach into your own clinical practice.

Sie wiederholen und vertiefen in einer kleinen Gruppe die bisher erlerten Palpationsmethoden und erweitern diese um neue Konzepte.
Dozent
Charles (Chip) Chace beschäftigt sich seit über 25 Jahren mit chinesischer Medizin und mit auf Palpation aufbauender Akupunktur. Immer schon galt sein besonderes Interesse der klassischen chinesischen Medizin-Literatur. Er ist Übersetzer zahlreicher bedeutender Bücher und Artikel. Dazu zählen auch das erste, im Jahre 100 n. Chr. verfasste Lehrbuch der Akupunktur The Yellow Emperor’s Systematic Classic of Acupunture and Moxibustion und der von Li Shi Zhen im 16. Jahrhundert geschriebene Text über die Acht Außerordentlichen Leitbahnen Exposition on the Eight Extraordinary Vessels. Er hat sowohl die Grundausbildung als auch den Meisterkurs in Toyohari abgeschlossen. Charles ist Teil des Dozententeams des Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine (SIOM), wo er Palpation als Zugangsmöglichkeit zur Akupunktur unterrichtet. Er unterhält eine Praxis in Boulder, Colorado.wiederholen
