Lillian Bridges explains that shen makes us alive, without a shen the house is empty.
\nShen is a manifestation of the spirit and reveals various emotions through the change in the quality of light in the eyes. Also any change of the colour of the skin is showing shen diseases, all colours are explained by Lillian. All emotions making your eyes darker, if your eyes are clear you are not stuck in your emotions at the moment. She gives a lot of examples of healthy shen, and how to see this. Also the five element emotions are explained, which contains of human and transcendent emotions. Lillian Bridges gives a lot of practical tips to see different conditions in the face and especially in the eyes, the eyelashes and the philtrums. How emotions from other persons can bother you and your health. She explains how you can see the fertility at the philtrums and shows a lot of examples.<\/p>\n

\nShen ist eine Manifestation des Geistes und enth\u00fcllt sich in verschiedenen Emotionen, welche sich durch den Wechsel des inneren Leuchtens der Augen ver\u00e4ndert. Auch ein Wechsel der Hautfarbe l\u00e4sst auf eine Shen-St\u00f6rung deuten. Alle Farben werden ausf\u00fchrlich besprochen. So machen Emotionen zum Beispiel die Augen dunkler, w\u00e4hrend Unbefangenheit von Emotionen die Augen klarer wirken lassen. Es werden auch viele Beispiele in Bezug auf ein gesundes Shen gegeben. Auch die f\u00fcnf Elemente-Emotionen werden erkl\u00e4rt, welche aus menschlichen und transzendalen Emotionen bestehen. Viele praktische Beispiele, wie verschiedene Zust\u00e4nde im Gesicht und speziell in den Augen wie den Wimpern und dem Philtrum, k\u00f6nnen abgelesen und erl\u00e4utert werden. Auch Emotionen von anderen Personen k\u00f6nnen unseren Gesundheitszustand ver\u00e4ndern. Sie erl\u00e4utert wie man am Philtrum die Fertilit\u00e4t ablesen kann und gibt eine Reihe von Beispielen.<\/p>\n
