Mike Robinson explains that between the age of 0 and 7 years you experience a shock, it could be a smack a shout or an abuse. This causes a reaction in the person, this is called the first point of pain. That is the reason, why most people try to stop certain things, to avoid doing or saying things, to prevent going back to this feelings. He shows us, how to find this first point of pain and that this feelings could only be changed by love. A lot of practical exercises were done, to see your own first point of pain and to reveal it. He shows us how to return to the emptiness, to let go everything, not to life a traumatic live. This is the dao, to spiritualise your nature. You are getting more sensitive, but not weak. All healing comes from the heart, as the blockages comes mostly from the pericardium.<\/p>\n
