Eva Rehle introduces us to the Chan Mi Gong spinal Qigong.
\nAt first she opens the forehead and the perineum (is called Mi Chu = secret room). Her advice to us is to smile with the third eye. She is does a lot of practical exercises in standing and sitting. Our attention moves to different body parts. The exercises takes place in the nature and in the study rooms. Eva Rehle gives us many, exciting tasks according to the surrounding. She shows us clearing exercises (washing with the Qi), acupressure exercises, 3 point standing (bai hui, hui in, gushing Spring). She leads different meditation exercises, with sound and light.
