Why is naturmed closing?
After many intense and fulfilling years, we have decided to close naturmed on December 31, 2025, as we are entering our well-deserved retirement. This decision was not easy, but we look back with deep gratitude on a meaningful and valuable time.
Until when can I continue to place orders?
Orders can be placed as usual until December 17, 2025. After that, we will begin our closing procedures and may only be able to accept orders to a limited extent.
What happens to open orders?
All items already ordered will, of course, still be delivered. If individual items experience delivery delays, we will inform you personally.
Pre-ordered titles that cannot be delivered by December 31, 2025, will be refunded.
Can I still redeem gift vouchers?
Yes, vouchers can be redeemed until December 31, 2025. After that date, they will expire.
What happens to the online videos and online subscriptions?
All online videos and subscriptions will be terminated on December 31, 2025.
The videos will be deactivated after that date.
We are currently working on a possible solution that may allow the online videos to be taken over by another provider.
Will there be a clearance sale or discounts?
Yes, starting in autumn 2025, selected items will be offered at reduced prices. Details will be announced in good time on our website and in our newsletter.
What happens to my customer account and my data?
All customer data will be securely deleted in accordance with legal requirements. We handle all information confidentially and fully GDPR-compliant.
Can I still receive consultations?
Individual consultations will be available until December 17, 2025. After that, we will focus on closing operations.
How can I contact naturmed in the future?
Our email address will remain active until December 31, 2025. After that, it will be deactivated. For important inquiries, we recommend contacting us as early as possible.
Will naturmed return in the future?
No, naturmed will be permanently closed.
However, our publisher Müller & Steinicke GmbH and the naturmed blog will continue to operate.
