Lillian gilt als eine der führenden Experten der Gesichtsdiagnose und war in zahlreichen TV-Sendungen (NBC, ABC, Lifetime), wie auch Zeitschriften, wie Newsweek, Natural Health Magazine, the LA Times and the Irish Times. Ihr Buch Gesichtsdiagnose in der Chinesischen Medizin ist in englisch als Face Reading in Chinese Medicine seit 2003 auf dem Markt und wurde ins Deutsche und Italienische übersetzt. Sie ist bereits des öfteren auf dem TCM-Kongress in Rothenburg als Referent aufgetreten.
